"Sail" Mixed-Use Development, 52-79 Changbin Rd

This project aims to create a tourism service complex that integrates office spaces, residential areas, meeting facilities, retail spaces, and tourism support. The design emphasizes the ancient city walls, seamlessly blending with the city skyline and surrounding landmarks along the Yangtze River, such as Raffles City, Dongshuimen Bridge, and Huguang Guild Hall, while respecting the and restoring nearby natural environment.

The complex comprises two towers offering a range of amenities and panoramic views of the river and central district. With gardens and different levels of elevation, residents and office occupants can enjoy a diverse and captivating experience.

The ground floor open space provides a direct connection to the ancient city wall, highlighting its historical significance. The buildings’ podium features transparent meeting and conference rooms, and a roof garden, strategically positioned to showcase the connection between the ancient city wall and the river, creating a visually engaging experience for visitors and occupants.
