“Breeze” Urban Living, 342 East Jiefang Rd

The focus of this project is to develop a mixed-use live-work community that attracts emerging talents and high-end individuals to gather, work, and reside in the Yuzhong District. It seeks to establish an attractive and dynamic environment that nurtures creativity, collaboration, and a sense of community. The design aims to break away from the uniform architectural style prevalent in the area, enhance the urban microclimate, provide river views, and foster a spirit of collaboration. 

By employing parametric analysis and modular design, the project creates innovative spaces that encourage organic interaction between residential, office, and entertainment areas. The ground floor features a dedicated space for communication and sharing called the “home platform.” The architectural design incorporates a futuristic aesthetic, and green pockets, while also paying homage to the traditional style of Baixiang Street, resulting in a district that blends contrasting elements while maintaining a unified core.
